A few years ago, I hit the kind of wall that success can’t hide — burnout, disconnection, and a deep sense of this can’t be it. I was trapped in the capitalist rat race, living by everyone else’s rules, until my midlife crisis became my awakening.

As a child, I learned early how to adapt and start over - moving between countries, learning new languages, and finding safety in my imagination. Those years taught me that change doesn’t have to destroy you; it can rebuild you stronger, freer, and more yourself than ever.

Then I discovered Human Design, and everything shifted. It gave me language for what my body already knew: I wasn’t broken, I was misaligned. It showed me how to honor my unique energy and trust my natural rhythm instead of fighting it.

What makes me different is how I blend art, psychology, and soul work into grounded, practical transformation. I don’t just talk about awareness — I give you tools: journaling, mirror work, self-hypnosis, and deep shadow integration that actually change how you live and lead.

My book, Sovereign AF, weaves these teachings into a guide for reclaiming your power and remembering who you are — because freedom isn’t about becoming someone new, but finally living as your truest self.
